Wouldn't it make more sense to ask the colleagues who have already experience with the company specific setup?
It rather looks that you are a not only new in this company, that you are new to SAP in general, especially as there is no V-view and S-view. Try to get used to the SAP terms. There are accounting views. And the accounting view always has a standard price and a moving average price field, the price control decides which is the leading price.
And in case of split valuation you have several accounting views, with values at valuation type level and a summary level without valuation type.
And a summary level could never be standard price, as it is the summary of all valuation type levels.
