HRBEN0001 - BADI/exit for plan option validation

Hi,

I have requirement in my business, that we need to validate whether the user has selected the same option in two benefit plans. If the user has selected option1 in plan A, then he has to select option1 in plan B also. If he selects other option in plan B, then an error message has to be shown. Please tell me the BADI/Exit or any other methods, through which we can achieve this?
