Do the following steps:

1. Download SWPM (for newer releases, not 7.0xx)
2. Execute SWPM
3. Go into any SAP Netweaver Solution (Not Business Suite)
4. Select your Database
5. Additional Options
6. Split OFF instance
7. Next, and complete the requested by Sapinst (btw, Download the Sap Kernel for SWPM)
