Purchase order Line Item Report

HI,

I want to know the easiest way to produce a purchase order line item report.

I need the report to show the following:

Purchase order details:ID, DATE, buyer responsible, status, last changed

Purchase order line items: Item Number, Product Category, Quantiy, Values, Cost assignent

I have looked at existing reports and cannot do this.
