Condition Exclusion with 3 discounts?

Hi,

My client has 3 discounts but wants to select 1 on sales order and deactivate others

1. If system finds condition record for Disc 1 and Discount 2 --> deactivate  Disc 2
2. If system finds condition record for Disc 1 and Discount 3 --> deactivate  Disc 3
3. If system finds condition record for Disc 2 and Discount 3 --> deactivate  Disc 3

Is it possible to set up condition exclusion with 3 discounts ?

Can it be done as :   Group 1 = Disc 1 only

                              Group 2 = Disc 2 & 3

Condition exclusion will give preference to Group 1 over Group 2

But this logic will achieve objective 1 and 2 above -  how will it achieve objective 3 ?
