from you file count I assume that you have downloaded the hotfixes, *.rar files from OSS notes - am I right? :-)
You will need these in second step, once you install/upgrade your CCtr to SP9. There is no specific patch file to download, CCtr SPsomething comes always as a full installation media, which you also use for upgrading from lower versions.
There 2 ways how to download the media - we, oldskool guys, prefer this - don't worry, this path has been minesweeped a long time ago, unlike the other way ;-):
1) https://support.sap.com/swdc
2) Click installation and upgrades.
3) Click A-Z alphabetical list
4) Click C for Contact Center
5) Click SAP COntact Center link, click SAP Contact Center 7.0 link, click Installation link
6) From result list, click and download zip file under Download Object 51050546.
Then follow instructions of the Upgrade guide Chapter 7, which you will find here: https://service.sap.com/~sapidb/011000358700000438372011E/Upgrade_Guide.pdf .
Once you get up to SP9, only then apply hotfixes..
