SAP PI- FTP to SFTP issues

I am running into issues while creating a FTP to SFTP interface.

Key points:

• I am running SAP PI 7.1 adapter advantco 3.3
• Interface is brand new and has never worked
• I have contacted advantco for support, we restarted the target SFTP server, and viewed the logs on thier end. Which didnt help anything.
• I already updated the adapter to the newest version
• The sever has FTP connection & interfaces from me working fine
• Here is the error I keep getting this error:
• I am able to SSH & SFTP into the server, making me think the keys are fine, without a password

• I have tried changing the IP of a working SFTP interface with the same key & config and got same error

Any help our guidance would be appreciated
