We have Al quota & AL quota carry forward quota sceanrios & other absence quotas also we do have.

So every financial year ending we create new AL quota and carry forward quotas for the next year (Carry forawrd is done abper progrm).and we lock previous year quotas.

Now query is:-

when we runiing the Payroll getting error called (Incomplete information for absence quota (infotype 2006)for some times & some employees .so im unlocking the previous year quotas and once payroll activites complted again im locking quotas which are unlocked.

here im unable to undested.what is the link between and 2006 It and payroll.

Please do the needful
