Hi,
There is no restriction for the content server sizes, You need to allocate the size of the content server size and assign to an IP and create repository from that IP.
Basically there will be separate content server and IP assigned to it which will be used in our configuration.
You may get help from basis consultant if required to assign content servers with required capacity.
