We are using SAP Solution Manager 7.1 SP13, and have configured Business Process Monitoring using MAI.
We would like to configure so that alerts in Alert Inbox (under work center Business Process Operations (New)) would be confirmed automatically after a certain time (e.g. one month). Is this possible when using MAI?
There is no such setting in Business Process Monitoring Setup. Is there some report that could be scheduled to run e.g. daily?
With BPMon Classic, the alerts were saved in table DSWP_BPM_ALERTS, but with MAI the infrastructure is far more complex. Can the alert data be found from some data structures so that a custom report could be wrote to edit them?
